• Once Driver has dropped a customer the cab driver won’t wait for a customer if they need to wait customer should pay the waiting charges
• Customers should not approach the driver directly Any other reasons If their approaches company will be not responsible
• Once customer get into the cab or taxi customer should Share the location
• If any other complaints When travelling time the customers should approach the office on the spot
• After dropping the customer the customer should sign the Trip sheet
• Customer should be pay to office in the mode of online
